FOREX.com was established in 1999 and is part of GAIN Capital Holdings (NYSE: GCAP) which, thanks to its trade names and subsidiaries, including the City Index brand, currently operates in many countries and has licenses in several major regulatory centers, including in the USA, Great Britain, Canada, Japan, and Australia.
